Sparkdoveseyes Thru the Knitting Glass -Finished Object 08/16/21

It is finished now, love the longer sleeves :)

I chose some Art Deco buttons to complete it.

It is so cosy and warm lovely to wear :)

I already have new projects to start of course :)

Thanks for stopping by to have a look

Hugs

  2. Thanks, I did undo the button band as I knit bands quite loosely, so I swapped out the 4mm for 2.5 mm needles, it is smaller but looks nicer I think. I love the deco buttons too. A friend gave me a huge bag of buttons and I am working through them though most are small.

    1. Good move. I think button bands work better when they’re denser / tighter. More for the buttons to hang onto!

  7. You have skills!
I have a button collection, too. Mine are quirky ones like penguins, dragons and a host or rabbit ones. I need to make something...I sew so maybe should make myself a few things.
